Hello, sorry for the delay.

It was a 6+ hour meeting with 5 people and it worked well again.
Most of the time the video is off, but I try blur filter it with a few
people and got the following.

It works fine.
     Windows11 Pro + Chrome 131 / Edge 131
     Debian sid amd64 + Firefox 133.0.3
     Android 14(motorola moto g24/MediaTek Helio G85) + Google Chrome

Does not work
     iPhone 13 Pro + iOS 18.2

On iOS, the blur does not work and the video is normal. Same problem as
already exists.
On Android, with blur enabled, the video became low fps, I guess it's
not using the GPU.

There was also a problem with low connection speeds.
On a mobile connection with a max 1.5 Mbps contract, with blur enabled,
the video disappeared.
I think it is because of the slow connection that the files for blurring
do not load properly.
Changing the line made it work.

I will update to 0.96 and prepare for the next meeting.
