Galene 0.5.3 is available by doing

  git clone -b galene-0.5.3 https://github.com/jech/galene

This version removes a temporary debugging directive that was erroneously
included in 0.5.3 and prevented compilation on systems other than my own.
It also fixes a race condition with the rate estimator, that could
occasionally cause it to remain stuck in a strange state.

25 April 2022: Galene 0.5.3

  * Remove a forgotten "replace" that prevented 0.5.2 from compiling
    unless "pion/ice" was downloaded manually.
  * Fix a race condition in the rate estimator.
  * Update pion/ice to a version that handles aggressive nomination; this
    avoids broken connection in some (fairly rare) cases.
