Excellent.  This does things the way I envisioned them — having the
management server separate from Galène, and communicating with the Galène
server over the filesystem.

Please let me know if you want me to link from the galene.org page.

Please let me know if there are any features that would be useful to add
to Galène.  The obvious idea would be to have a field in the group file
that specifies the time at which the group ceases to work.
