If the link from the sender to the server doesn't drop packets in a timely manner, Gal=E8ne might overestimate the rate. Once that is fixed, Gal=E8ne will accurately estimate the bottleneck throughput, and we can default =AB Send =BB to =AB unlimited =BB.
