Hello,
Sorry for the long silence. I've been swamped with Real Life the last
months (I've come back from a sabbatical, so I've lost all of my lectures,
and I've had to do five new lectures from scratch).
I really need to release Galene 1.1, it's almost ready except that there
are some minor changes in Pion that I need to adapt to before I can update
the dependencies. Heads up -- Galene 1.1 will require Go 1.24, which
means that people still running Debian oldstable will need to
either cross-compile or use backports (Debian stable is fine).
In other news, we've just received news from NLnet that we've passed both
rounds of evaluation, and that our funding is going to be renewed. It's
not over yet, we need to negotiate the details of the funding.
Please enjoy the spring or the autumn, depending on the hemisphere you're in.
-- Juliusz
