Subject: [Galene] Some news about 0.4

Hi,

In case people are worried about the lack of updates in the git
repository, I'm working on getting the 0.4 server side stable enough to
release; client-side features are less critical, they can wait until Alain
is less busy or somebody else decides to write the client-side code that
exploits the new server-side features (user mood, raise hand, etc.).

Unfortunately, getting 0.4 ready currently involves fixing recent
regressions in Pion, which is technically challenging and boring at the
same time. I've fixed some, but I'm currently stuck on this:

  https://github.com/pion/webrtc/issues/1839

Additionally, Ludovic Rateau has found a fun client-side bug: if you
toggle the "Blackboard mode" button quickly, weird things happen.
