Galene 0.4.4 is available from
git clone -b galene-0.4.4 https://github.com/jech/galene

The main reason for this version is to update pion/webrtc to v3.1.19,
which fixes an issue with non-simulcast tracks (audio tracks) being
occasionally discarded when simulcast is in use. While I was at it,
I cherry-picked two minor bug fixes from the master branch.
Sorry for the churn.
1 February 2022: Galene 0.4.4
* Update dependencies. Pion WebRTC v3.1.19 fixes a bug that could cause
audio tracks to be discarded under some circumstances.
* Fix a bug that could cause user statuses (raisehand) to be discarded.
* Fix incorrect maxRate value in statistics display.
