Absolutely.

As there is a very large body of users that is not conceptually thinking of how video conferencing in general works - or has seen so many that they intuitively grasp the concept. I.e I find that people struggle - even tough (or especially) as they use some other product in their corporate setting many times a day.

So what would be generally useful is

-	a very short primer/single page that can be sent as an attachment with meeting invites or similarly.

bonus if this is windows / mac (safari) and chrome specific or neutral.

-	enough of a sepeare manual for moderators/presenters who are not familiar with that job at all; or are - but went through, say, Teams or Zoom specific training for exactly this.

-	a dead normal, at leisure, user manual with lots of pictures and also the more conceptual things - such as giving permission, etc.

And extra bonus if it is in something like LaTeX or very skinnable CSS :)

With kind regards,

Dw
