The API is not supported by Safari:

- Chromium 85 doesn’t show the video

That's a known bug in Chromium.  A workaround is to disable hardware
acceleration.

- Chrome 90.0 works as expected

That's strange, I was under the impression that the bug hadn't been fixed
yet.
