Subject: [Galene] Galène docker hub image
Date: Wed, 01 Jul 2026 22:55:50 +0000	[thread overview]

Hi,

I have been working on a Docker image for Galène:

https://hub.docker.com/r/valentt/galene

The goal is to provide a simple and maintained image that stays close to the native Galène deployment model.

It works well in my own setup, but I would appreciate testing from other users, especially with different Docker networking configurations.

In particular, it would be useful to test:

* host networking, for example `--net=host`
* bridge networking with explicit port mappings
* reverse proxy setups, if anyone is using them

Please report any issues, missing documentation, or suggestions either here or on the GitHub issue - https://github.com/jech/galene/issues/312

Thanks,
Valent
