Our goal with Valent would be to bless this as the official Galene docker
image, and keep it updated with recent Galene versions.  So please do
test, and please do contribute any improvements.

I don't use Docker myself, so please be patient if my questions are naive.

What are the drawbacks, if any, of "--net=host"?

How well does that work?  Does everything go through the TURN server in
this case, or did you implement some form of NAT traversal?  We could
probably coerce Pion to publish ICE candidates using the external address,
assuming it is known inside the container.

That needs checked, people like reverse proxies.
