Hi,
The current way of defining users in Galene's configuration files is very
flexible, but makes it difficult to design a secure REST API to administrate
Galene. I'm currently working on a simpler interface, with only minimal
loss of generality.
It lives in branch "api" on Github. Please have a look at
https://github.com/jech/galene/compare/master..api
and let me know what you think.
