HI!

With recent git HEAD and camera enabled clicking [Logout] results in a
freezed camera picture instead of the input form (username etc.) for
entering the group.
Reloading in browser displays the input form again.

If the camera was *not* enabled clicking [Logout] takes you to the input
form again.

This happens with Firefox 84.0.2 and Chromium 87.0.4280.141. Did not
test with other browsers.

This used to work before one of the recent changes, e.g. it worked with
release 0.2.

Ciao, Michael.

Oops.

Filters require non-trivial cleanup, so I've tried to clean up the cleanup
of up streams, but ended up messing it up even further.

I'll rework it tonight.

I've cleaned up the cleanup. The only thing I've broken is that we no
longer update the video in place when a user switches a camera on or off,
which will cause the video to move around. I think an extra API is required,
I need to think about it some more.
