[Galene] Please test h.264 on iOS

Hi,

I've fixed a number of longstanding issues in current master.  In
particular, I've managed to enable simulcast and SVC on Firefox (it was
epic, Firefox has some very interesting bugs).

I haven't received feedback on issue 132.  If you have access to an iOS
device, please consider doing the following test:

  - connect to https://galene.org:8443/group/h264/ with both an iOS device
    and a desktop browser;
  - check that you can see video in both directions (mobile->desktop,
    desktop->mobile).

Let me know (on list or by private mail, at your choice) whether
everything works fine.

I tested by connecting : 

1 - 1 computer under OSX with Safari - RENATER network (and additionally a VPN for the access to the port 8443 …)
2 - 1 Iphone under IOS with Safari - 4G network

Work in both directions.
